What are your rates?
Kitchen rates start at $30 an hour. This includes all equipment, electric, gas, and water. In addition to kitchen rental, Commercial Kitchen 24 offers secured refrigerated, frozen and dry storage for your supplies and products.
What does Commercial Kitchen 24 provide?
Commercial Kitchen 24 offers large, clean kitchens with working standard equipments. Basically, you bring your own ingredients and Commercial Kitchen 24 provides everything else that you need to produce your product.
How do I sign up?
Commercial Kitchen 24 offers large, clean kitchens with working standard equipments. Basically, you bring your own ingredients and Commercial Kitchen 24 provides everything else that you need to produce your product.
Clients of Commercial Kitchen 24 can sign-up via phone or email. The sign-up process requires a non-refundable deposit of $250, which can be paid at the facility. Clients become a pay-as-you-go member. Once you have signed up online, you can download the Commercial Kitchen 24’s Client’s Agreement and Facility Manual. You are required to fill-out & sign the Agreement Signature Page and the Client/Invitee Agreement Signature Page. These pages must be submitted to Commercial Kitchen 24 before you may use the facility.
Are clients required to clean up after themselves?
Yes, per the Commercial Kitchen 24’s Client Agreement & Facility Manual clients are required to leave the kitchen which they have used in the same condition as when they entered it. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.
How do you reserve a kitchen?
Kitchens can be reserved at ck24.skedda.com. Select the kitchen, which you would like to reserve and specify the time frame that you will use the kitchen.
What am I required to provide?
Can I reserve other rooms?
The office and conference room can be reserved by a Commercial Kitchen 24 client.
How do I access the kitchen I have rented?
Each client of Commercial Kitchen 24 has an individual PIN (Personal Identification Number) which can be used to gain access to the Commercial Kitchen 24’s facility. Access to individual kitchens is also controlled by each client’s PIN.
